By creating an account or using Easy Hockey, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Easy Hockey provides a platform where users can list hockey equipment, communicate and make offers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Easy Hockey is not the seller, buyer, payment provider, delivery company or party to a transaction between users.

You must provide accurate information, keep one secure account, and protect your credentials. Users who lack legal capacity to contract require the involvement of a parent or legal representative where required.

You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

Sellers must own or be authorised to sell the item and describe its condition, authenticity, size, price and defects accurately. Photos must represent the actual item.

Stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or recalled goods, illegal items, misleading listings, harassment, fraud, spam and attempts to compromise another user's account are prohibited.

Sellers must accurately indicate whether they act privately or as a professional trader. Professional traders must provide legally required identity and pre-contract information and comply with applicable consumer law.

Consumer withdrawal and legal-guarantee rights generally differ when purchasing from a private individual. Mandatory rights applicable to purchases from a professional trader cannot be excluded by these terms.

An offer is a proposal to a seller. Acceptance can reserve the item for the buyer, but Easy Hockey does not currently collect payment or guarantee completion. Users should confirm the final item, price, payment method, collection or delivery arrangements in their conversation.

Buyer and seller are responsible for payment and handover. Inspect the item where practical before payment, use a safe meeting place and never share authentication codes or follow suspicious payment links.

Users should first try to resolve transaction disputes directly. You may report safety, fraud or policy concerns through Help & safety.

We may review reports and remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. We aim to act proportionately and may request supporting information.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights required for every photo and text you upload.

We work to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for user listings, user conduct or losses arising solely from a transaction between users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, safety threats or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any required explanation or redress process.

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers may also use applicable out-of-court dispute resolution and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Significant changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
