Why is no payment taken when I make an offer?+
An offer is a proposal to the seller. If accepted, the item is reserved while buyer and seller agree payment and collection in chat. Easy Hockey does not currently process the payment.
Can I cancel an offer?+
Contact the seller promptly in the conversation. An offer is not a payment, but clear communication helps avoid unnecessary reservations.
What should I include in a listing?+
Use recent photos, disclose wear or damage, choose the closest category and condition, and describe sizing accurately. Do not list prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe goods.
What rights apply when I buy from another user?+
Rights differ by seller status. Purchases from a private individual generally do not carry the same EU withdrawal and legal-guarantee rights as purchases from a professional trader.
How should pickup and payment work?+
Agree the location and payment method in the in-app conversation. Meet in a suitable public place, inspect the item, and avoid unfamiliar payment links.
How do I report a safety or privacy concern?+
Use the support form below and choose Safety concern or Privacy request. Never send passwords, full card details or authentication codes.
